I would like to start a personal chef business in the area in which I live in. I have a culinary degree from my local community college and experience in fine dining as well as catering large groups and buffet style service. There are no personal chefs within 20 miles of the area in which I live in. There is great potential in this area but I have very little money to start the business with because of a recent devorce and very high child support payments that I pay on a volentary basis because I love my children and don't want them to suffer because of the situation. Can and would you ladies and gentleman of the personal chef service business help me find a way to start my own business by avoiding the pitfalls. Please reply. Any help would be great.
