Does anyone have an opinion of the advantages/disadvantages of membership in the American Personal Chefs Association vs. the US Personal Chef Association? Thanks for any advice.

Who gives you the better value for the $$$.
The one Candi Wallace (I think Candi is her name)touts is pretty good.
