Could you please tell me the difference between bakers margarine and store bought margarine?

Water, store bought isn't real margarine anymore.
Itz better known as spread, yellow and sloppy.
Bakers marg is a harder type fat, salted and unsalted. Store bought is pretty much useless nowadays for baking.
