Have anyof you used the Sil Pain baking sheets? The ones with pin holes in them for crisp breads?
I was wondering if they are easy to clean after doing something that might be a bit messy, like a stromboli or a pastie. I've seen a Sil Mat, and it seems like it'd clean up in a snap, but I like to hear something about the Sil Pain sheet.
