I am searching for a little italian cookie recipe, I think they are almond flavored. I have searched books and the Web to no avail. Does anyone out there no what they are and could they please send me a recipe? Thanks

susan pizzacotti sounds very interesting but could it be biscotti a twice baked cookie and is very popular in the cafe scene where you can find it almost any where if you would like a recipe for this very simple cookie just e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and i will send it out but if there is a cookie out there called a pizzacotti i dont think i have evere heard of it sorry. :)

Is pizzacotti some kind of combination of pizzelle and biscotti, perhaps? I can't quite think of how you would combine those two types of recipes, but maybe the names got mixed together somehow...

Actually, after tasting them again recently, pizzacotti are an encredibly ssweet almond paste cookie/confection. Thanks. Susan
