I would like a receipe. How do you make the cake outside and the warm chocolate center????????

Are you talking about a molten chocolate cake? That's quite different from chocolate fondant.

mcarfu I think the item your mentioning isn't exactly chocolate fondant. Perhaps the person making it used that name but you describe something quite different. It sounds like your asking for a recipe for individual chocolate molton cakes, which also can be labeled other names.

There is a terrific recipe posted at this site look under the title of "I need to vent my anger or I'll explode". It's written and generously offered by Romodeo. That should be the item you describe, it is easy to make and great tasting.

the name is correct, since it is called in france
FONDUNT AU CHOCOLAT .fondunt meens -melted.

Actually it is Fondant not Fondunt. Fondant means melting not melted.
