Sunday Night we did a wine makers dinner for 135 people and I did the molten chocolate cake discussed eslswere for dessert.
I sota combined Ramodeo's and vbean's recipes and techniques.
I prepared them the day before and then put them on sheet pans not to close together and reheated them in the oven. The plated them with three flavors of English Custard Cream.
They were a huge hit. I got raves from the guest.
