Here at our modest wholesale bakery, we hit upon a great dessert for this year's big day. It was an oversize individual Heart cake for two (simple three layer genoise, doused with raspberry syrup, then raspbery jam, chocolate ganache, covered with bittersweet chocolate glaze and decorated with white chocolate). We sold 8 dozen of those to one restaurant alone. Anyone else have some success stories?
