I am looking for an anisette cookie recipe
That makes a very short cookie ( short in texture not size)

12 EA WHOLE EGGS
2 LB 4 OZ (1KG) SUGAR
2 LB 11 OZ (1.2 KG) CAKE FLOUR
1 3/4 OZ (50 GR) ANISE SEED
Warm up over water bath the eggs and sugar.
Whip in mixer until cold.
Fold sifted flour into eggs, add anise seeds.
Pipe on silpat with plain tube #10.
Let rest overnight.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) in ventilated oven.
