Has anyone heard of black cocoa and where I can get some? I used it once at a job and haven't been able to find it.It looks just like it sounds and imparts a rich cocoa flavor to cakes.

Schokinag Cocoa powder is very dark and Rich but not quite black. It makes very dark brown cookies and cakes though. I am just about out of a bag that someone gave me last year and I don't know where to get some more--and want to!--if you come up with a source, let me know?

They have a website-
http://www.schokinag.com/eng/default.htm

You can probally get a supplier from them.

Also try a key word search on Google, a couple or online sources came up.
