Any tips on creating a more dense rather than flourless chocolate cake? I perfected my very own brownie recipe over the weekend and it's great, Thank God.

Look in the Cook's Magazine issue from July/August 1994. It isn't a book for pros, but I have gotten some great tips from them. That issue gives the "6 Best Chocolate Cakes" and how to adjust a recipe to achieve what you are looking for. Hope this helps!

Flourless chocolate cake can be very dense.

Do you want a recipe for dense cake with or without flour?

Hi and thanks for the tips and giving them in a kind manner!

I don't like too dense, but closer to brownie like. I could acutally use my brownie recipe and do fine. For Brownies I just replace the oil with Hi ratio shortening and less baking soda.
