I made pistachio macaroons today with leaf green color, and it looked so artificial. One of my co-workers asked if I'd ever seen natural coloring, and I haven't, but I wondered if anyone else has.

There is only one natural green food color known-chlorophyll - and for some strange reason FDA is not allowing it to be sold is US. Try Warner-Jenkinson for natural colors.

Thanks Peter...I found the website and contacted the company. Have you used their products?
