Hi everyone, my name is Christina and I am a pastry chef for a fine dining restuarant located in an Indian casino in Milwaukee, WI. I am starting to also do desserts for the buffet and banquets. The casino just expanded two years ago and they are continueing to expand in the very near future, so as of this time they don't have a bake shop, but the exec. chef has that in his plans for the near future, which has put me in a good postion for my future.

Who is out there and what are your qualifcations?

There have been some issues lately that don't make a lot of sense and my guess it your pic might be one more. In about two weeks I'm going to upgrade to the current version of this software and hopefully that will help.

Hi, Christina. I am moving to Kenosha over the summer. Do you guys need any part time pastry help? I can only work part time.

By Dolphinwaves (Dolphinwaves) on Monday, May 19, 2003 - 05:01 pm: Edit

Yes, I think I need help, convincing the higher ups might take a little, but I've been working on that. What kind of experience do you have? Feel free to e-mail me at dolphinwaves@sbcglobal.net

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hmm, which casino?

If you've never been to Milwaukee, that's a joke. There's only one, it's big, it's got really good restaurants, and a really nice theater. Used to work a mile away. Very dangerous.

Worked a mile away? Where did you work? are you still in Milwaukee?

Worked for my parent's delivery company at 27th and St. Paul. Lovely neighborhood, and right down the street from Jeffry Dahmer's old place to boot. Never work with family, that's my motto. When that arrangement imploded about five years ago, we moved here, about halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee (right near Gurnee Mills and Great America).

I love Chicago and Milwaukee.
When I used to drink I ended up there....a lot.
