WebFoodPros.com: The Bakers Dozen: Premade Chocolate Garnishes
By Walescook (Walescook) on Thursday, October 02, 2003 - 10:10 am: Edit

I am currently working for a restaurant making desserts. However, I am no pastry chef, and thus have neither the expertise nor tools to do quality chocolate work. However, I am in need of a chocolate garnish for one particular dish. I was wondering if there are any companies that sell high quality premade chocolate garnishes? If there are, please include contact information to those companies.

Thanks,
Walescook

Hi Walescook,

Try this site:

/link{http://www.chocolates-ala-carte.com/}

Their stuff is good and they have quite a variety. Price, well it would be cheaper to make your own, but that's ture of most everything these days. Good luck.

what do you need as a garnish? Not all chocolate work is that hard.
