hi all. working on a pate de fruit recipe and wondered if anyone had a source for pectin. i've made the gelee's with gelatin but i'm looking for a true fruit flavor that the gelee isn't giving me. The certo et al from the supermarkets do not seem suitable for this purpose. Any help would be appreciated.
