Hi everyone, I'm an Italian living in the states desperatly looking for Soft wheat flour "0". I've found the "00" but I really can't find the less processed one 0 flour.
Any advice ?

european and north american wheat varieties are different. the flour i'm suggesting will be similar in protien content and particle size, and not too processed, but it will not taste the same.
