Hello gang!!! One of my Chefs wants to get her CEPC. Do any of you know a study guide for her to use for the exam? I was not sure about the depth and bredth of the Art and Science of Culinary Preparation for the CEPC exam. I have that book and used it for my own CEC.

I think if you check the ACF website and look in the certification section someplace it will list the books that the exam is drawn from. I would be fibbing if I said I knew what they were off the top of my head. is the address of the site.

I have been certifiable for years and proud of it.
I am certified too, but that's just in my professional life. The insanity lasts all day and all night. LOL
