I am looking for the best software to use that combines foodcosting, recipe analysis, and nutritional information all in one. I am a baker and a wanna be food writer. I am trying to put a book together but I am sure that I can cut my time be having the right software. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am quite happy with the one I am using, the name is calcmenu. It's an outfit from Switzerland. They have a website and you can either download or have them mail you a cd-rom.
I've been using it for about 4 years now, received free upgrades and customized it for my particular needs. The instant conversion between Metric and Imperial is great...

Makubo, where can I find this program? I am always interested in finding good food programs, especially ones that help cut time in doing paperwork.
