Does anyone have any pros or cons regarding certain brands of electric convection ovens? I'm about to buy a used Blodget or a new "Imperial," "Duke" or "Deluxe" oven. They're all full-size. Any problems to watch out for?

Thanks!

Mark

MarkG it's hard to say because each oven can vary from the same company. I've always had blodget ovens at work and find them to be good. I think I would compare the warentee and talk to service people about them.

When we have guys out to service our ovens they always have good points about which oven is easiest to fix or get parts for etc... Repair men have told us things like this always has been a problem on this oven. If it was my dollar I assume I'd adjust to the oven knowing there will be quirks and go to the guys who fix ovens for their advise.
