I have been using Micro Cookbook for years now but alas my software is starting to crap out on me....I am looking for good software to enter, store and print my recipies. It would be nice if the program would do a dietary breakdown ond would really be nice if it did ADA exchanges. Any Ideas?

I like "Now You're Cooking" (http://www.ffts.com/)
It is great at scaling repices, importing them from the web and other packages, does menu planning, creates shopping lists for multiple recipes/menus and does nutritional analysis. It only costs between $25 - $39 and you can download it and try it out free for 60 days.
