hi!
i have a really basic vanilla muffin recipe and i wanted to know if anyone knew what to do with it to TURN IT INTO A: really soft moist and fluffy cupcake.
these are the basic ingrediants for my original recipe: eggs, sugar, milk, oil, flour, vanilla, salt and baking powder. if anyone can help me out, i would really appreciate it. thanks!

Teehee it's probably much easier to find a recipe that is soft and moist etc...from the start, then to turn the one you have now into a better recipe.
There are a couple of good muffin cookbooks out there. You can always try Pillsbury and Betty Crocker cookbooks for reliable recipes. Look on line at both sites...even Godiva Chocolate or Martha Stewart...stay with well known names and you'll find a good recipe.
