need a receipe for apple pizza , a dessert made with pizza dough

they are pretty popular here. give it your own touch, i use a pulled dough, strudel type,oiled and grilled till the top side puffs and bubbles a little. remove, spread frangiapan mix on the grilled side and arrange sliced apples a little coarse sugar and cinnamon mix on top and back on the grill. for myself i like to sprinkle calvados throw a plate cover on top and the apples steep a little. i'm not really sure there is a recipe for this.have fun with them. if you like this way i can post my frang. mix for you.
ps i'm refering to an open grill, preferably wood burning,
