I am allergic to whole wheat/gluten and I have a yeast problem so I am looking for a bread and or tortilla recipe that I could make or buy that wouldn't aggrivate either problem.

The book Baking For Health by Linda Edwards has many recipes that are gluten free.
Yeast is a little harder but it has a few.
Her recipes are geared toward real natural food people because many of the recipes
tell you to mill your own flours with a grain mill.
