I've just invested in some stainless steel pans. After cooking, there are stains on the cooking surface that I just cannot get rid off. How do you guys have your pans so clean? What's the method?

i use soft scrub.it works well. pour a little on the stain ,let it soak,wipe it out with a sponge.Soft Scrub is available in stores. plus it degreases your pot if that is necessary.
