Hello. I'm hoping that you can either help directly, or point me in the direction of a company that might more appropriately meet my needs.

I have a personal training business here in Duluth, GA that I would like to expand by offering my clients meals that have already been prepared a week at a time. These meals (anywhere from 4-6 for each day) would be designed by me, with portion sizes, exact foods, etc. What I need is someone to prepare and package these meals so that I can pick them up, and then deliver them to my clients each week.

I am not talking about carrying more than 4 clients at a time at this point.

What is the best way for me to find a company that would do this. Are there certain types of caterers who are more likely to provide this type of a service?

I've seen several threads about the "legalities" of home-based catering, etc. and I most definitely HAVE to work with someone who is totally LEGAL, licensed, certified, or whatever caterers are ;) (sorry, it's not my business, so I don't know the proper terminology!)

Any way you can assist me would be greatly appreciated!

Bob, When I get a moment I'll locate the article about a company how does just that. It seems that they make meals for all these hollywood people and ship them all over the place. anyway I thought it was neat so I scaned it. Maybe it can give you a starting point.
