We're considering adding a sushi bar to our list of menus. Of course I would have to take the time to learn how to do them correctly as I have only made them a few times. My question is does anyone offer this in their catering business and if so how well is it working for you and what are some typical prices you're charging. Thanks in advance for your help.

We offer sushi on our menu, however we don't make it. We purchase is from a local Sushi house. As far a pricing, our menu states "ask for current market price". We get a least one request a month. Good Luck!

A good friend of mine has Sushi on the catering menu. I think he does pretty good with it. Mostly american style. We have a mutual friend who owns a 5 star Ice Carving businesses, this friend has gotten into Sushi, I believe he teaches this along with his ice. Interested in talking with them?
