So far we have gotten a tremendous response from our customers. They love the ease of use and the simplicity.

Fortunatly for us it has cut our phone time in half, and the avereage price per person has increased. Prior to this we had an email form that customers would fill out, and that was pretty effective for getting a very general idea of what a customer was looking for. But with the online ordering, we receive a complete order! All we merely have to do is call the customer back to review their order. (Takes less than 3 minutes)-plus- customers are far less likely to make mistakes when they enter their own orders.

Just had time to give it a quick kick and liked most of it.

One big thing is that drum solo on the splash page has to go.

Picture this, office worker in room with 20 other employees is surfing on the companies dime trying to find a caterer. They follow a link to you site go there and from the middle of nowhere the whole office is alerted to them either surfing music sites or what ever.

Or any of another dozen times when a drum solo would be unwelcome like when I visited the site and woke my family up this morning because my daughter left the volume at max.

Loose the splash page. It eats up bandwidth, takes up a potential customer's valuable time they serve no revenue generating. Purpose.

The rest of site did look very good.

I took a look.
on the Company Information Page I get a text overlap with the header and the rest of the text, using NS6

The rollover images don't preload in NS6. I noticed that the Clients Button is under the Cooporate Button in NS6.

Everthing looks great in IE6 and NS4.x

Oh one little thing; on the wedding page the Word Duff is on the same line as the "contacts" image.

Thanks for the information about how well the page works for you. It make me think about doing the same for our company.

I know that this is an old thread, but I just wanted to know:

Do you all think these prices are normal? They seem very low to me. Here in California, in the backwaters, we would charge $9.00 - $10.00 for grilled chicken breast or tri tip, salad, starch, veggie,& bread. In the bay area they charge X 3 what I charge. What do you think?

$15 per person for Chicken OR tri tip, potato salad, slaw, and a cookie....

Delivery $40 min
Tax??
Labor $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum (if needed)
$25 each per chafer NO CHARGE for salad tongs, trays, plastic forks, etc...

Big Nates BBQ bid $14 and Joes was about half that. I told the client they didn't want the cheap one. I suggested us or Nates BBQ. Give the client good advice and they will return.

Liked your site alot. Just one problem. It took too long to download. I use a regular modem and got really frustrated waiting for that site to come up on my screen. The only reason I waited is because I wanted to see it. Otherwise, I could have called you and placed my order and come back to my computer and that site would still be downloading. Gina

Oh wait.....

My site loads quick because it was writted over 4 years ago AND my web host is VERY GOOD. I hope to "KISS" so it stays that fast.

My favorite rental company is doing a Web Site, and I hope to link to their page. This will allow people to have even MORE information. It is real nice having educated/experienced clients. You can tell an educated corporate client as they ask real good questions, and will give you information you need to do a good job.

BTW listing prices is very helpful. Most caterers MAY have a menu with one price, but god help you if you want to know what you are paying for. My proposals are ugly but functional. Nice paper I do not do, detailed proposals I do.

I have accessed my site with a modem with little problems... At any rate I will keep it as lean as I can and still deliver substance.. Like cooking huh?
