the good news is the cost of those licenses are minimal....

what else? Equipment, smallwares, catering wares, payroll, taxes, liability insurance, marketing, start up capital (don't plan on making anything for a few years)

read the book, the E Myth. It explains why people without a business background usually fail at owning a business. The catering business has the highest failure rate of any business....

knowing your background would help determine your chances, if you don't mind sharing it.
