Hello new friends!I'm new here and I have a big question .
I'm looking for a kitchen to rent and i have a meeting with a catering business about it this week.
i would like to know what are the issues and the matters that i need to take into consideration when i'm meeting the owner.

Costs
What happens if you both have gigs the same times?
What happens if you burn the place down (legal)?
What is included in your cost (dishwasher, pot washer, electricity, nothing???)?
What he expects from you after you are done? (kitchen shape wise)

the owner will tell you.
I'd look at it as just a stepping stone.

Take a pad and pebcil, write it all down, then consider it all.
