I really appreciate all the help I received on my catering for 80 Friday night. It was a success - and I learned a lot. The things I thought would go first, didn't. I did shrimp cocktail, florentine stuffed mushrooms, mini quiche, fruit skewers, cheese skewers and raspberry blondies for 80. After 3 hours the quiche and cheese skewers were gone, the shrimp and blondies nearly gone - leaving mushrooms and fruit skewers in abundance. Beer and wine were the main alcoholic beverages but mixed drinks were also available. I think maybe the fruit wasn't so palatable with either the wine or beer, and the mushrooms weren't easy pick em up foods. But I truly appreciate this board. Your suggestions were wonderful. I've saved them all.
