Hello, I found this message board on google.
I'm looking for a certified kitchen in San Diego. I have tried churches in my neighborhood, as well as the Y, but their kitchens are not certified. I've also looked into renting from restaurants, but how do I negotiate a fair rate?
What about leasing a retail space from some commercial brokerage firm? What's the going rate? Also, is purchasing an existing cafe/deli/restaurant a good way to go?
