I tend to use napisan, it works well, if I have to clean chef jackets I soak it overnight then wash it in the morning.
I'm am pretty sure that you have it over in America

I've used 1 cup dishwashing detergent (dry Cascade) with 2 cups bleach in a 5 gallon pail and soak em over night. Works fine.
