no, but it's only $18 if you buy it over the Internet, so that's a tiny investment. and likely the price is relative to the results you'd get from reading a 8000 word text.
Better you should work for someone else for a few months and see if you can handle the work/hours/stress and the demands on your time/family/wallet/body.
your profile doesn't say anything about who you are or what your experience is, just the title of the book.
Hmmm...are you trying to stealthfully market the book!?

Books aren't a substitute for real life problems, but hopefully they will give you some ideas of how to deal with everyday problems and situations.
Don't put your life savings, house, and future earnings on the line just on account of an $18.00 book, O.K.?

I've found in 26 years of this business and as a catering consultant that an alarming number of those who start catering biz, fail.
This is at the expense of their bank account, stress level, family and self esteem. It doesn't have to happen!
Usually if one has to ask "HOW" to start a catering biz, they shouldn't....
their are some great resources to teach and mentor you once you are ready to start.
