Before Posting Read the Guidelines for Posting.

All Forums are being moved to New Software. The Old Forums will still be here, but they will be read only.
Forums that have the annotation "New Format" have been changed over.
New Features include:
  • Automatic Registration (you receive a password via E-Mail automatically after you Register)
  • Pro-Only Forums- All can read the messages but to post in certain forums you need to be approved.
  • A list of ANY new postings in ANY Forum for the last Day or Week
  • A Cookie option to remember your last read message, and your user name and password
  • After you post a message you can edit it within 30 minutes.
  • E-Mail notification of postings to any Forum, your postings or any Sub-Topic
  • An easy to use Formatting Language to add colors and images to your messages.
  • Tree View or Text views, you choose how you want to view the messages.
  • Full Keyword Searching
  • User Profiles
  • Archiving,- When a Forum gets too big messages are move to an Archive (which is linked to the Forum)
And much more!
This is a major improvement. It will take about several months for me to move all of the forums over.

  • No Outright Commercial Posts in any of the Forums, with the exception of Foods and Food Products of the World (see below) but if your product solves a posted problem or answers a question posted...use your judgment...
  • No postings, from site owners or staff, of sites that contain content similar to this site or EOL without prior permission. (We will be happy to participate in cross promotion of similar sites, please drop me a note for details)
  • No multiple cross posts of "Your Assistance Requested" type messages when the sole purpose is to bring folks to a Commercial Web Site. If there is content of general value (not promoting your products) only links directly to the content will be accepted.
  • Please keep posts related to the Forum Topics. Off Topic posts will be deleted. Posts of a general nature belong in the Great Hall Forum.
  • Keep posts related to Foodservice. (Somehow)
  • Foodservice related product announcements ARE PERMITTED in the Foods and Food Products of the World Forum.
  • Don't be a lurker. These forums will only work if everyone participates.

We reserve the right to delete any post or thread, that is not consistent with our standards or posted guidelines or for any reason. Violators will be warned once and at our option, their ability to post to our forums will be revoked.
