Jared,

Oil and lotsa eggs??

Nope and nah, it has to do with lotsa chocolate and little eggs, trace amounts of flour.
I wouldn't call it cake, more like chocolate pate'.
Whip 4 eggs with spoonfull sugar.(stiff, 10 minutes)
melt 1 lb semi sweet choc with 6 oz buttah.
Fold eggs into choc with spuneful of flour.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, should be liquid in the middle.
This fits a loaf pan mold or small 6-8 inch round mold.
Let cool then freeze, unmold when frozen and glaze with ganache...or whip cream.
Can also be baked in a bain marie but not necessary.
Not as good as Toulouse Lautrec but more intense.

Calm down now.
Cheers, Gerard
