Kenneth, you don't make it easy, do you. Sometimes the area of the country and the type of clientel is helpful to know.
Also the type of facility would help in determining what would be feasible.

Karps makes the best Muffin Batter. Expensive, but good product. People love it. Too much fat for my taste, but you don't argue with success.
Chef Francisco and Sysco make some very good frozen Pies. Check with your local Alliant/Sysco Distributor. Mrs. Smith pies are not too shabby, either.
