I need a blue ribbon yeast bread recipe which I can practice
and enter in this year's state fair. The good old standard white bread just doesn't seem to make it anymore now that a person can make some exotic mixture in a bread machine. Yes, I am a little frustrated because I can bake a good loaf but need some new ideas. I am trying to develop a loaf using natural ingredients
like honey, milk, whole wheat, etc. Any blue ribbon ideas?
