I am a soon to be bride in Milwaukee, Wisconsin who is in search of a baker in this area that can make my pulled sugar wedding cake. I am willing to go to Chicago,IL or up to Madison,WI or as far as Sheboygan,WI. I have all the instructions and full color step by step pictures(it's from a Wilton annual-around 1975). If anyone knows of a good chef or baker that has experience in this area or if you know of any good ways to find one, please let me know. I have tried calling around and have searched the internet dilligently, no one seems to know of anyone. Thankyou!
