Mass produced?
Prepared to order ..or grab n' serve ?
Lemon dominant dish or just lemon sauced?

Hard to reply without knowing the above.

Quick and simple answer that is easy to make is 2 lemon madelaines(easy to ship!) and citron ice cream with white chocolate creme anglais(or warm white choc sauce ganache).
You'll probably get better ideas from amateurs, then ask a professional how to make it work.
Madelaines are just lemon tasting sponge cookies from france, easy to handle and taste very nice,.
