: Cany you help me with a recipie for chocolate brownie preferably for a 30x18 baking tray thanks Tommy

I didn't forget Tommy, just been really busy, honest.
Here goez.

2lb butter
4 lb sugar
16 eggs
1 lb 10 oz unsweetened chocolate(baking choc etc)
1lb 8 oz bread flour
pincho salt

Melt one pound of the butter in a large pan and add the choc, remove from heat and stir to melt choc.
Cream the rest of the butter with the sugar in machine with paddle, add eggs slowly, scrape bowl down and add choclate/butter.
Add flour last, don't overmix, scrape bowl down and pour onto greased floured tray or use paper liner.
Bake at 350 until middle of tray is still fluid but the outer edge is cooked.
It takes VERY litle time to bake so watch very carefully.
You'll have to chill it to be able to cut and handle it but the result is like pure choc injection.
We keep ours in a refrigerated showcase.
This will yield one 18X24 sheetpan, cut 8X6 for 48 squares.

Cheers, Gerard
