My causin s and and their husbands live in brooklyn, Istayed with them the last two times i was in NYC. You know you can spend a small fortune on equipment. we used to get by with an old forty gt. mixer and GE electric convection oven when I baked bread at a small bakery called the" upper crust bakery".
