I played around with a Cacao Barry recipe and came up with this:
100 g milk couverture
250 g praline (almond/hazelnut)
100 g paillette feuilletine (available from Cacoa Barry - it's
small pieces of waffle)

-melt the couverture, add praline and stir til smooth, then fold
in the paillette
-this can be used as for cut chocolates if you chablonner on both
sides, or in molds although it is not easy to pipe. It's worth the
trouble as it tastes great.
