How odd! The grocery stores here all carry a product called Premium White Chocolate Baking Squares (made by the Baker's chocolate people) in the spice and baking goods aisle. Perhaps you could ask one of your local grocers to order some for you. It's not exotic and it's not expensive, so it's probably what you ought to use while trying it out for the first time. Good luck!
