Theres a couple of easy ways, the easiest is to put the nuts in a bowl , sprinkle half a handfull of sugar and stir over a flame, the sugar will start to crystalize onto the nuts.
A better way is cook sugar to softball and throw the nuts in, drain and place on a tray then bake around 350 , remove when the sugar starts to caramelize , don't leave the nuts in a clump or you'll end up with one bug clump.
