Hmmm. Sure

, I don't doubt the authenticity of my product but what "some" of the crap posted here, if thats criteria you'd be skimming half the mssgs off, you're probably wondering what I mean by crap and thats the point. Who's to say?

I totally agree that a good portions of the postings lack quality, but the area I'm considering putting up would not be a message board type area, but rather an edited, organized education type resource.

: A certified chef says it should be done this way but many (most) wildly sucessful restaurants throw tradition out the window, whether its actually good or not is debateable but they are financially sucessful and who wouldn't want to network with what "works".

I also appreciate that there are many different methods, styles and ways of doing things. I just want the methods posted as "instruction" to be accurate.
