Schroeder's Cake Supplies maintains an online version of the Wilton Cake Supply Catalog, with the permission of Wilton Industries. Here's a link to get you into the right area of their listings (http://www.schroedersbakery.com/wilton%20catalog/frames/decorframes2.html), but you'll have to scroll down to find "Wedding Cake Stands." And, yes, you can order from them online. Wilton has an online store at their own website (http://www.wilton.com/) which may not be much help in your case, as it is not accepting orders for shipment outside the U.S. at this time.
Lots of other possible sources if you type in "wedding cake stands" at the Yahoo! search engine. Not only will you get the listings from Yahoo!, but it has links that you can click to run the same search on other search engines.
