What a moron that Gerard is, silicon isn't poisonous but its not
the best way to keep cookies crisp for shipping.
Packing room must be airconditioned, cookies should be SEALED in plastic bags
using a heat sealer,anti oxident need not be used if they are shipped directly to consumer.
