I put all sorts of cream in scones, whatever is left in the coffee creamer goes right in
No sense throwing it away. Heavy cream, light cream, milk etc.
Re' giant muffins... why don't people just buy half a poundcake and eat that.
Other problems with muffins is they take forever to bake, molds have to worked over daily,
they take a long time to cool down enough to unmold, too many break etc etc.
I really think they are losers. Just too many negatives.
Not to mention frozen rasps are $60 - 30 lbs.
Glad to not be doing them.
