: : : Add Chilled shots of Espresso (as many as needed) into your CHILLED mouse. Do this very slowly and let it set up again in the refrig. The flavor is only as good as the espresso.
: : : You can even buy shots to go from your local coffee shop if your not equiped at home..
: : : Stay away from the "flavored mixes".

: : How would that differ from pouring the expresso over the chocolate at the beginning of making the mousse?

:
: sounds like your making mocha mousse not cappucino mouse make a pate bombe ad espresso to taste ad gelitine to stiffin the mousse fold in whipped cream at soft peak. maybe a little cinnamon and there you go cappucino mousse.

I recently got hooked on drinking cappucino and am trying to find number of calories. I was told it was very high, but I cannot find it anyplace. Could you help me. Thank you.
