I'm not in any rush to get out yet, but its a long term wish I've had.

Brownies will keep just fine if you bake em right, I had an account that took a few dozen every day, they didn't want a big order , they wanted me to bake fresh batches every day, so I baked them all one day, froze them in boxes and pulled a box every night for the next days delivery.
Americans have an incorrect view on fresh, only donuts benefit.
French pastry particularly is better the second day, fresh from the oven doesn't mean 'best time to eat'.
Ever try put butter on bread straight from the oven, it resembles a wet sock.
To me it isn't fresh til its ready to eat.!
